Osiyo Hamkorlik owns seven hectares of land which includes a piece of land for vocational training.  The Development/Vocational Center is located 12 km outside of Mazar-e-Sharif.  It is made up of four classrooms, kitchen, and a soils laboratory.  5 hectares of this land serve for agriculture research,green houses, strawberries and tomato growing.
